Our history
The story of Apartments Penić began in 2007, but its roots go much deeper—into the heart of our family and the land we’ve called home for generations.
Our property in Kaštel Štafilić has always been more than just a house. It’s where we grew up, where laughter echoed during family gatherings, and where countless sunsets have painted the sky above the Adriatic. With time, we realized that the beauty and warmth we enjoyed every day were something worth sharing.
So, in 2007, we opened our doors to guests from around the world. At first, it was just one apartment—simple, but filled with love and care. Year by year, with dedication and hard work, we expanded and improved, always listening to the needs of our guests and staying true to our family values.
